AlgaeCytes is a biomanufacturing company that produces novel ingredients from freshwater microalgae. Our microalgae are all-natural, non-GMO, and not created through artificially induced mutations. Current products are Omega-3 EPA and an agricultural crop biostimulant. We are developing several other products from our portfolio of natural algae strains.

Our algal-based ingredients offer a sustainable, cruelty-free and vegan-friendly solution for products for healthy living. Our algae are cultivated in enclosed photobioreactors ensuring our products are traceable and contaminant-free.

AlgaeCytes is headquartered at Discovery Park , Kent in the United Kingdom. Having recently secured commitments for key financing, the Company is now moving forward with its expansion plans. AlgaeCytes expects to begin selling products from a new commercial production facility in Dessau-Rosslau, Germany in 2024.
