Unique Omega-3 Sources

The omega-3 industry is unique in the scope of EPA and DHA sources available on the market. This session will highlight three unique sources, herring roe, calanus and genetically-modified canola omega-3, as well as include a presentation on a unique new technology, lysophosphatidylcholine.
